How to send your request
Your request must come from the account itself or from the same email address you used to register.
From the app
Open Profile → Edit → Delete account and follow the instructions.
By email
Send an email to support@myvhr.net from the same email address you used to register. We will reply with a confirmation email. After you confirm, we will delete your account and the associated data.
What we delete
When your request is confirmed, we delete your account and all personal data associated with it (account details, settings, notification tokens, internal notes, and activity/history linked to your profile).
Backups
Some data may remain temporarily in encrypted server backups until those backups are rotated or overwritten.
