How do I start?
1. Download the app and create your account inside the app.
You can also register and use MyVHR from your desktop computer by opening the “Login” menu.
2. Add your homes and connect your channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
3. Invite teammates via email and build your team.
4. Assign roles per home (Admin, Operator, Cleaning company, Cleaner).
5. Done.
Do I have to pay later?
No. You can use MyVHR for free for as long as you want. The free version is fully functional. There is only a certain limit on the number of homes and partnerships.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. You can manage a different number of properties depending on your plan. You can manage your own properties and properties of your partners as well. To manage a shared property, you must be part of the owner’s team.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. You can assign roles and control permissions.
Do you support synchronization with external booking sites?
Yes. MyVHR uses iCal synchronization to bring reservations from your connected booking calendars into one view. Reservations and blocked dates added in MyVHR are reflected in connected calendars where two-way synchronization is supported.
Which websites does MyVHR sync with?
MyVHR supports iCal calendar synchronization with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Agoda and other compatible booking calendars.
How do notifications work?
You can enable or disable notifications per device and choose which alerts you want. When a teammate marks a home as cleaned or leaves a note, you can receive an immediate notification.
Is there a desktop version?
Yes. MyVHR works on desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android. Your account and data are the same on every device, so you can manage your properties from your computer and stay updated from your phone when you're on the go.
